This summer, I was witness to several creative brides who wanted more from their parents or grandparents guest book. One bride used an old typewriter for guests to type in their wishes. Another bride utilized their guests thumb prints on a painted tree. To another bride whose fall themed wedding wanted a wishing tree for guests to write their thoughts on leaves and hang them up on branches.
Other ideas I found online were personalized plates, wine bottles for signatures to postcards to my new favorite - a puzzle, a great keepsake.
No matter what you choose, having some sort of guest book is a great way to preserve the memory of those individuals who came to celebrate your wedding day.
