Introducing Elegant Affairs' new look

Wednesday, April 15, 2015
Since its inception in 2005, our first logo was text based then a few years later our logo changed to incorporate three wedding photos. Even though I loved that logo so much but celebrating our 10th Anniversary this August it was a time to change.

For nearly a year I have have been thinking how we can take Elegant Affairs to the next level and finally during the Seattle Wedding Show in January; Rachel, Kim and I really started to put our plan in action. Stemming from our Secret Garden themed booth, we came up with how we wanted Elegant Affairs to reflect who we are now.

Coming up with font styles we liked and a color palette the next step was to find a designer who understood our vision and then I found Sofie Boyer. From our first conversation she got what we were looking for and quickly came up with a design and we couldn't have been happier.

So I am pleased to introduce the Elegant Affairs new primary and secondary logos!!! I hope you fall in love with them as we have!!!

Our primary logo is perfect for Elegant Affairs as it "elegant" (haha) and classy because of the calligraphy font and paired with a little whimsical for the flowers and greenery. If you look closer at the gold "Elegant Affairs" it has a little sparkle.

If you remember we used the gorgeous anemones in our floral headpieces at the Seattle Wedding Show gorgeously crafted by the fabulous Rachel and the greenery we used in our garland for our table and for the chair wreaths.

I would love to give a huge thanks to our designer Sofie Boyer for her beautiful work. It was truly a pleasure working with you.

I will definitely come check this place again with some other awesome friends of mine! It's one of best places for having a good time with a joyous feeling. And event space Chicago fascinates me with its great style and vibrant atmosphere.
